桂哌齐特及其氮氧化物的小鼠安全性研究

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the safety of cinepazide and cinepazide oxynitride,investigate the effect on the hematological adverse reactions about cinepazide oxynitride.Methods The study designed single dose toxicity and 28 days multiple dose toxicity study to evaluate the safety and the effect of hematological about Cinepazide and cinepazide oxynitride.Results The results of single dose toxicity:the LD50 of Cinepazide was 467.1 mg·kg-1;the LD50 of cinepazide oxynitride was 700～900 mg·kg-1.The results of 28 day multiple dose toxicity:compared with control group,the WBC and NE# levels of all dose groups had no significantly change(P>0.05).Conclusion The safety of cinepazide oxynitride was similar or slightly better than cinepazide,and the effect of hematological was not correlated with cinepazide oxynitride.关键词
