摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an analysis method for the determination of chemical constituents in Ilex hainanensis Merr.extract by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS.Methods An Agilent poroshell SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×50 mm,2.7 μm)was used with a gradient elution of acetonitrile-water containing 0.1% formic acid.Mass spectrometric data were obtained under electrospray inoization (ESI) negatie mode.With Agilent Qualitative Analysis software to extract and match of chromatographic peaks.Results Combined with reference,related literature and database analysis,27 compounds were identified by mass spectrometry information.Conclusion This method was fast,sensitive and comprehensive with the rapid identification of chemical constituents in the Ilex hainanensis Merr.extract,which would provide the evidences for clarifying the efficacy material base of the Ilex hainanensis Merr..关键词
