摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Shenrong Yiqi Zhuyang Capsule.Methods The determination was performed on a Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(50∶50) as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 265 nm.Results The method showed good linear relationship within the range of 10～200μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 7),the average recovery was 97.58%(RSD=1.65%).Conclusion The established method was accurate,reliable and simple,which can be used for the quantitative analysis of Shenrong Yiqi Zhuyang Capsule.关键词
