Abstract
Objective To establish qualitative and quantitative method of Jiangu Pills.Methods Angelica,Ligusticum wallichii,Carthamus tinctorius L.were identified by TLC.HPLC method was used to quantitatively determine paeoniflorin in Paeonia lactiflora Pall..The analysis was performed on a C18 column with the mobile phase of Acetonitrile-0.1% Phosphoric acid solution (15∶85) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results Angelica,Ligusticum wallichii,Carthamus tinctorius L.can be identified by TLC.Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship(r=0.999 9) in the range of 0.108 8～2.176 0 μg,the average recovery was 99.73%(n=9).Conclusion This method was simple,accurate,can be used to control the quality of Jiangu Pills.关键词
