摘要
Abstract
Pyroptotic is a strongly pro-inflammatory process of programmed cell death mediated by caspase-1.Pyroptotic,regulated by NLRP3 inflammasome and TLR4 signaling pathways together,plays an important role in the process of gout arthritis disease.This paper systematically reviewed about pyroptotic mechanism system in gouty arthritis,provided direction for the research on new drugs.关键词
