摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the drug use in 1 082 cases of early pregnancy abortion.Methods Through retrospective investigation,1 082 prescriptions about early pregnancy abortion(medicaments abortion and vacuum suction)were collected from one grade class-A hospital for maternity and child care,prescriptions time was from January 18,2015 to January 18,2016.The data were analyzed statistically through designing table and to investigate the use of drug.Results Early pregnancy abortion patients accounted for 4.29% of the gynaecology patients,the using drugs include antibacterial agents,intravenous anesthetics,Chinese patent medicine and estrogen,accounted for 26.00%,8.08%,53.71% and 8.16%,respectively.Conclusion Antibacterial agents were used arbitrarily in medicaments abortion,medicine can be used prophylactically during perioperative periodin in vacuum aspiration,but it often occured at the wrong moment.Chinese patent medicine were super-specification medication except Xinshenghua Tablet,belonged to unreasonable application,so further research in this field was needed.关键词
