摘要
Abstract
Five-zang syndrome differentiation of QIAN Yi has important value for the diagnosis and treat-ment of tic disorder in children. Tic disorder involves more than one zang organ ,and it usually affects five zang organs at the same time. Liver wind is the core of disease mechanism ,usually with lung deficiency at-tacked by external leading to internal wind,or with spleen deficiency leading to wood over inhibiting earth, or heart heat with wind fire,or with yin deficiency failing to nourish wood. The treatment should follow the principle of tonfiying and purging five zang organs,that extinguishing liver wind is the essential method,in combination with clearing and dispersing lung qi,or with tonifying earth and suppressing wood,or with clear-ing heart fire,or with nourishing yin and tonifying kidneys.关键词
