滋阴补肾方治疗肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征临床观察
Clinical Observation of Perimenopausal Syndrome of Yin Deficiency with Liver and Kidney Treated with Nourishing Yin and Tonifying Kidney Formula

Abstract
Objective:To observe effect of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney formula in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney. Methods:The patients with perimenopausal syndrome by random number table were divided into the treatment group(49 cases) and control group(48 cases). In the treatment group,patients were given nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney formula,and in the control group patients were treated with Gengnianan tablet ,both treated for 2 course of treatment (28 days ) . Effective rate and changes of sexual hormone level were observed . Results:①Effective rate:in the treatment group the total effective rate was 95.9% while in the control group the that was 89.6%,with stas-tical significance (P<0.05),and nourishing yin and tonifying the kidney formula was better than Gengni-anan pill (P<0.05). ②Sexual hormone level:in the treatment group after the treatment the level of E2 in-creased significantly (P<0.05),and levels of FSH and LH significantly decreased (P<0.05),in the control group levels of E2 significantly increase(P<0.05),FSH significantly decreased(P<0.05),LH did not decrease obviously (P>0.05),between the two groups,changes of PRL,P and T showed no statistical significance (P>0.05),the increase of E2 level and decreased of FSH in the treatment group more were more obvious than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney for-mula in treating the perimenopausal syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney was satisfactory ,for it could significantly increase the E2 level and reduce the levels of FSH and LH,without obvious adverse reac-tion.关键词
