益气消癥饮联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床研究
Clinical Study on Yiqi Xiaozheng Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy in Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Xiaozheng decoction combine with chemotherapy treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods:Eighty-two patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group ,41 patients in each group. The treatment group were given Yiqi Xiaozhen decoction combine with chemotherapy ,while the control group was given GP chemotherapy. The effect was evaluated after three treatment courses. Results:Cough,sputum,fa-tigue,shortness of breath and T cell subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD8+ in the treatment group were im-proved after treatment(P<0.05),cough,sputum symptoms in the control group were also improved(P<0.05), but fatigue,shortness of breath and immunity indexes such as T cell subsets showed no significant improve-ment(P>0.05). Cough,sputum,fatigue,shortness of breath and immune indexes like T cell subsets in the treatment group improved more than those in the control group(P<0.05). KPS scores after treatment were improved compared with before treatment in both groups(P<0.05). Improvement of KPS scores,life quality, total efficiency and side effect were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate for solid tumor in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group ,but without significant differ-ence(P>0.05). Conclusion:Yiqi Xiaozheng decoction combine with chemotherapy can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the immunity in patients with non-small cell lung cancer,and also it can im-prove the life quality of life and reduce side effects of chemotherapy degree.关键词
