阴陵泉穴位注射中药改善痔术后尿潴留疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Acupoint Injection of Yinlingqun in Treatment of Urinary Retention after Hemorrhoid Surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study urinary retention after ligation of hemorrhoid treated with acupoint injecting with Xuchangqing injection,to seek a safe,quick and effective method to reduce postoperative pains. Meth-ods:Ninety patients were ran domly divided into three groups ,with equal patients in each group. The treat ment group:Yinlingquan(SP 9) injected 2 mL of Xuchangqing injection. The first controlled group:SP 9 in-jected 2 mL of neostigmine. The second controlled group:SP 9 injected 2 mL of saline. The changes of symptoms and adverse reactions of the patients before and after treatment were observed. Results:The total effective rate and the improvement of symptoms after treatment in the research group were better than those in other two groups,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:SP 9 injected with Xuchangqing injection could obviously relieve urinary retention after ligation of hemorrhoid and reduce the postoperative pain.关键词
