拔罐对健康小型猪局部皮肤生长因子影响的初步研究
Preliminary Experiment of Growth Factor in the Local Skin of Healthy Mini Swine Intervened by Cupping
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the mechanism of the cupping,and to give a guide for the clinic. Methods:The healthy mini swine was given cupping therapy. The body signs were observed ,and the changes of relat-ed factors of the skin were determined through immunohistochemical and molecular biological methods. Re sults: The level of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) was lower in the cupping group than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05),and the level of epidermal growth factor(EGF) was al-so lower in the cupping group. Conclusions:The mini swine is applicable as the experimental animal in the mechanism study of cupping,and cupping could change the level of VEGF and EGF in the local skin to af-fect the proliferative function of vascular endothelial cells and epidermal cells.关键词
