常见太白七药的安全性研究现状及思路
The Development of the Safety Study on the Common Taibai Qiyao
摘要
Abstract
Taibai Qiyao were endemic and precious herbs in Taibai Mountains. There were 149 herbs ,such as lichens,mosses,ferns and seed plants in four major categories,with the function of promoting blood circu-lation and removing stasis,anti-inflammation,analgesic effect,removing wind-dampnessrheumatism and anti-tu-mor,and were applied in clinic widely. However,some herbs of Taibai Qiyao exhibit toxicity in the long-term use. There were a lot of studies on the toxicity mechanisms of Ranunculaceae aconitum and Berberidaceae , but few studies on other herbs. So it is very important to evaluate the safety of the toxic Taibai Qiyao. In view of the safety study of Taibai Qiyao ,according to the modern pharmacological methods and traditional Chinese medicine research standards,through acute toxicity test,long-term toxicity test,systemic toxicity test and special toxicity test,new technology and new methods were applied on the levels of the whole animal, cell and molecule to explore the toxic mechanism of Taibai Qiyao to determine the toxic drug dose ,time and target organs,targets and other parameters,and therefore to lay a foundation for the clinical and new drug development.关键词
