离子液体介导玉米秸秆制备5-羟甲基糠醛
Preparation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural from corn stover mediatedby ionic liquids
摘要
Abstract
We prepared 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) from corn stover in a mixed solvent of ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride ([BMIM]Cl) and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) with CrCl3·6H2O and sulfuric acid as catalyst.We optimized reaction conditions,including reaction time,temperature,amount of catalysts,the ratio of solid to liquid and the mass ratio of [BMIM]Cl) to DMSO.Products were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Yield of 5-HMF reached 53.3% when acidolysis of corn stover was at 150 ℃,with solid-liquid ratio of 3.8%,m([BMIM]Cl)/m(DMSO)=1,H2SO4 loading of 6.7% and CrCl3·6H2O loading of 13.3%,and reaction time of 80 min.关键词
