槐糖脂合成的廉价底物替代研究进展
Advances in sophorolipids production with low-cost substrates
摘要
Abstract
Sophorolipids (SLs),mainly synthesized by yeasts,are biosurfactants with the highest fermentation level at present.In recent years,SLs have drawn extensive attention for their excellent physiochemical properties and physiologically active functions.Large scale application of SLs is limited by relative high production cost.Application of cheap substrates is an efficient way to reduce the cost.Based on the pathway of SLs biosynthesis,selection and substitution effects of low-cost substrates arereviewed in this paper.Low-cost substrates are mainly divided into reducing sugar,fatty acid,hydrocarbon,industrial effluent flow,and lignocellulosic materials.Finally,industrial production of SLs is addresses and the important potential value of lignocellulosic materials for SLs production is proposed.关键词
