薄型子宫内膜小鼠模型的建立及初步鉴定
Establishment and preliminary identification of mouse thin endometrium model

Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility of establishing a stable mouse thin endometrium model by injecting ethanol into the uterine cavity.Methods Thirty female unmated C57BL/6J mice with sexual maturity and regular estrus were chosen for this research.They were randomly divided into experimental group,control group and blank control group.In experimental group,95% ethanol was injected to the uterine cavity for 2 min to damage the uterine cavity.In control group,saline was injected to the uterine cavity,while other factors were the same as experimental group.In blank group,their abdomens were opened and then sewed without liquid injecting to the uterine cavity.The mice were sacrificed in the third estrus period at the end of the model establishing.The appearance of the uterus and the thickness of endometrium were observed,and HE staining were used to observe the morphology.Results After the injection of 95% ethanol,the uterus of mice became rapidly dehydrated,white,and lose elasticity.After three estruses,the uterus looked uneven,some blood points were found in part of the uterus,and the uterus was white alternating with red in experimental group.In addition,the endometrial thickness became thinner.HE staining showed that the endometrium in experimental group significantly became thinner and the uterine cavity was enlarged,the number of glands was decreased,the epithelial and glandular epithelial cells were flattened,and the partial blood vessels were sparse.Conclusion The thin uterine model established by the injection of 95% ethanol into the uterine cavity is in accordance with the expectation.It could be used for the study on the mechanism of formation and repair of the thin uterus.关键词
