超声速喷管在天然气脱碳中的应用初探
Research on the application of supersonic nozzle in natural gas decarburization

Abstract
The application of supersonic swirling technology in natural gas decarburization process was proposed and preliminarily verified by analyzing the flow process of gas stream within the Laval nozzle.The throat size was determined using BWRS equation of state and the nozzle profile was designed based on bi-cubic curve and arc plus straight line method.The flow process and the influence of inlet pressure,inlet temperature and inlet gas composition on the liquefaction process of carbon dioxide were simulated by FLUENT.Research results show that the gas temperature and pressure are reduced to meet the liquefaction condition of carbon dioxide due to the rapid expansion of gas in the Laval nozzle.The reduction of inlet temperature,the rise of inlet pressure or the increase of carbon dioxide content in the inlet gas can promote the liquefaction of carbon dioxide.关键词
