摘要

Abstract

A typical coal based syngas methanation process model was proposed and simulated by Aspen Plus software.The effects of steam/syngas ratio,split ratio and recycle ratio on the temperatures of the parallel first and second stage reactors were investigated by utilizing the sensitivity analysis model,and a preliminary analysis was carried out to reveal the relationships between the control parameters changing and the catalyst performance,energy consumption and economic efficiency,so as to provide guidance and reference for methanation engineering projects.
