鼓式制动器和轮式制动器的制动性能对比分析
Comparative analysis of braking performance of a kind of drum brake and wheel brake
摘要
Abstract
The braking performance of a kind of heavy-duty vehicle drum brake and wheel brake is studied by using the virtual prototype technology.The actuation force and brake torque of two kinds of brakes are calculated.The virtual prototype model of two kinds of brakes is simulated by the ADAMS software.The obtained total braking torques are consistent with the results from the theory calculation.Through the simulation analysis it is found that under the same condition the braking torque of drum brake is greater than the wheel brake and that the braking effect of two kinds of brakes are the same.At the same time,the wheel brake in the braking process is more stable than drum brakes.关键词
