基于聚L-亮氨酸DNA双层纳米薄膜的对乙酰氨基酚电化学传感器

Abstract
A new type of nanocomposite bi-layer film modified electrode is successfully constructed based on poly(L-leucine)/DNA using electrodepostion method.The modified electrode is characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The electrochemical properties of acetaminophen(AC) on the modified electrode are studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV) and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV).The results show that the modified electrode displays excellent electrochemical catalytic activities toward the oxidation of AC under the optimized conditions.The oxidation current of AC is directly proportional to the concentration of AC in the range of 0.7 to 250 μmol·L-1 and the detection limit is 2.3×10-9 mol·L-1(S/N=3).In addition,the modified electrode shows high sensitivity,stability and reproducibility.Moreover,the modified electrode has been applied for the determination of AC in commercial tablets.关键词
