河西走廊盐碱土中未培养放线菌多样性研究
Research on diversity of uncultured actinomycetesin saline-alkali soil from Hexi Corridor

Abstract
To amplify 16S rRNA gene fragments actinomycetes using specific primers,and construct actinomycetes 16S rRNA clone library,the purpose of this study is to explore the saline-alkali soil actinomycetes species group structure and diversity from Hexi Corridor.The results show that 164 positive clones points attribute to 50 OTUs,phylogenetic analysis show that 50 OTUs belong Propionibacterineae,Pseudonocardineae,Corynebacterineae,Micromonosporineae,Streptomycineae,Micrococcineae,and Streptosporangineae actinomycetes.Micrococcineae is the dominant populations which account for 37.2% in the clone library.In addition,there is an unknown populations of clones belonging to the Actinobacteria,which account for 14.01%.The dilution curves of saline-soil is not level off,which indicate the actinomycetes diversity in saline-soil is more abundant.关键词
