配流盘对轴向柱塞泵声振特性的影响
The Impact of the Valve Plate on the Vibro-acoustic Characteristic of Axial Piston Pump
摘要
Abstract
The vibration velocity and the sound pressure level of the axial piston pump are measured under two different test conditions through vibration and noise test platform.The test data is processed by the Fourier transform,and the vibro-acoustic characteristic of the axial piston pump under different test conditions is analyzed and the correspondence between the vibration velocity and the sound pressure level is discussed.The impact of two kinds of valve plate structure on the vibro-acoustic characteristic is compared,and the scope and respective advantages of valve plate with damping hole or triangle groove are given,which provides a reference for the selection of the valve plate structure of the axial piston pump under different working conditions.关键词
