Abstract
In order to improve the boiler efficiency and reduce the pollutant emissions,it is necessary to conduct the power plant boiler combustion optimization.The development of new temperature measurement techniques has improved the condition monitoring level of the boilers.By using the new temperature field measurement techniques,a boiler combustion optimization model,including temperature field measurements in furnace,is proposed and implemented in the numerical simulation of the furnace combustion process under different operating conditions in a 300-MW subcritical pressure boiler.The combustion optimization model is established and tested following the big data principles.The study results indicate that the model combines the temperature measurement techniques well with the combustion optimization,which is reliable in accurately predicting the effects of boiler operating parameter changes on the temperature field distribution in the furnace.关键词
