Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of optical ifber soluble fat and hyaluronic acid in the facial rejuvenation. Methods In our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, 86 cases of patients were divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method. 43 cases in the observation group were treated with optical ifber soluble fat and hyaluronic acid, and 43 patients in the control group were injected with autologous fat granules. Two groups of facial aging and quality of life improvement were compared. Results Facial aging improved rate(90.70%), psychological function (15.66±3.73), physiological function (15.50±3.33), material life (14.38±3.35), independence (14.23±3.03), social function (14.03±3.88), environment score (14.74±3.40) and total score (88.52±15.03)% of the observation group was signiifcantly increased than the facial aging improved rate (74.42%), psychological function (13.06±3.21), physiological function (12.06±3.10), material life (11.90±3.30), independence (12.12±3.55), social function (12.09±3.70), environment (12.32±3.13) and total score (73.55±14.31) of the control group, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P< 0.05).ConclusionIn the face of the young, the ifber soluble fat and hyaluronic acid can effectively improve the degree of facial aging, improve the quality of life of the patients.关键词
