摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the effects of the application of Ti-Ni memory alloy tissue anastomatin full-thickness skin graft donor site. Methods From August 2015 to April 2011, 57 randomly selected patients who had undergone full-thickness skin graft of lower abdomen, the wound in donor site deployed continuity intradermic suture with Ti-Ni memory alloy tissue anastomat. We evaluate the width and smoothness of the postoperative scars, and we compared the colour of the scars with that of the adjacent area and, if there were variations, to state whether the colour of the scars was lighter or darker than that of the adjoining intact tissue. Results All cases were followed up more than 3 months, 52 wounds of donor sites had primary healing. 5 patients with delayed incision healing were given the conventional dressing change treatment and cured at last. Scars of donor wound were linear. Scar width was less than 1.5mm in 48 cases and scar width was greater than 1.5mm in 9 cases, 51 scars were smooth, 53 scars were the same color as the adjacent intact skin. The satisfaction rate was 84.2% in both doctors and patients. Conclusion Ni-Ti memory alloy tissue anastomat in tradermal suture in full-thickness skin graft donor siteis easy to operate, has no suture reaction, postoperative scarring present linear. It should be promoted in clinic.
