摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the short-term efficacy and pain of primary root canal therapy of deciduous teeth caries and periapical diseases, so as to provide effective treatment for root canal therapy of dental deciduous teeth. Methods 145 patients in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were studied. according to the random number method, the experimental group (n.= 75 cases) and control group (n = 70 cases) were divided into two groups. Results The experimental group ( 50.67%, 93.33%) and control group Pain ratios ( 64.29% ), the treatment success rate ( 77.14% ) was significantly different, and the incidence of adverse reaction in experimental group(5.71%_was significantly lower than the control group ( 22.86% ), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 ). conclusion The use of disposable dental root canal therapy in the treatment of deciduous teeth caries and periapical periodontitis can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect and improve the incidence of short-term pain in patients, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
