Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and scar formation of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-BFGF) eye gel on ocular skin trauma suture. Methods 86 cases of skin trauma were selected from August 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital as the research object, according to randomly divided into observation group and control group of 43 patients, the observation group was treated with rb-BFGF eye gel treatment, patients in the control group with povidone iodine solution, the two groups were observed and recorded the wound healing time, wound epidermal growth time, clinical efficacy and patient satisfaction rate, analysis and comparison. Results Observation group of patients with wound epidermal growth time and wound healing time were significantly shorter than the control group, the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The patients in the observation group were cured 25 cases, the total efficiency of 93.02%; control group 14 cases were cured, the total efficiency of 81.39%, the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group total the satisfaction rate was 97.69%, control group total satisfaction rate was 72.09%, two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Rb-BFGF eye gel for the treatment of ocular trauma patients with good curative effect, simple, easy to absorb, can effectively promote wound healing speed, increase skin elasticity, reduce scar formation, improve wound healing quality.关键词
