Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of anti-Stallard method combined with double eyelid plasty in the treatment of single eyelid with epicanthus. Methods From April 2015 to April 2016, according to the different surgical methods of 120 patients with single eyelid EC were divided into the control group of 60 cases, the use of anti-Stallard method combined with double eyelid plasty, the control group of 60 cases taken inverted L-forming combined with double eyelid plasty. Two groups of patients were recorded near the aesthetic standards, satisfaction and complications. Results In the observation group, the mild, moderate and severe approaching standard rates were 86.4%, 53.8% and 80.0%, respectively, which were significantly better than those in the control group, especially in the mild contrast χ2 = 5.7220, P = 0.0168).In the observation group, the mild,moderate and severe satisfaction rates were 89.2%, 69.3% and 80.0%, respectively, which were significantly better than those in the control group, especially in the mild contrast (χ2 = 6.0841,P = 0.0136). After treatment, the total complication rate was 8.33%in the MIT group, which was lower than that in the control group (25.00%), and the difference was significant (χ2= 6.0000, P=0.0143). Conclusion The use of minimally invasive extraction of patients with complex dental treatment,surgery is better,the rate of postoperative complications is low, recognition is high,the effect is outstanding.关键词
