Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and quality of life of 308nm excimer laser in the treatment of childhood vitiligo. Methods 89 childhood vitiligo cases of our hospital between May 2011 and August 2015 were selected , divided them into control groups (42 cases) and research group (47 cases) by digital table .The patients of control group were treated by 308nm excimer laser method,while the patients of research group were treated by 308nm excimer laser method combined with comprehensive nursing interventio. Compared the VAS score,WHOQOL-BREF score,DLQI score,clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of two groups. Results The VAS score, WHOQOL-BREF score and DLQI score of research group of post-intervention was much higher than control group(P<0.05),while,the post-intervention VAS, WHOQOL-BREF score and DLQI score of two groups were higher than pre-intervention respectively(P<0.05).The apparent efficiency of two groups had statistically difference(P<0.05),the total effective rate of two groups had no statistically difference(P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of control group was 69.05%, much less than research group 91.49%, and had statistically difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 308nm excimer laser can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients,with short course,quick effect,good curative effect,less adverse reactions ,combined with comprehensive nursing intervention , such as diet,skin and psychological care,and ensure that children can improve the therapeutic effect of vitiligo with 308nm excimer laser.关键词
