Abstract
Objective To summarize clinical effect of dissociated flap transplantation repair of oral and maxillofacial region, and to improve the quality of life of patients with oral and maxillofacial injury. Methods 100 patients with oral and maxillofacial injury in the hospital from June,2013 to June, 2014 were regarded as the research objects, including 10 forearm radial flap patients, 10 free anterolateral thigh flap patients,5 fibular musculocutaneous flap patients and 5 latissimus dorsi flap patients. They were all treated with dissociated flap transplantation repair. And the survival rate and complication situation of 100 patients were observed. Results After dissociated flap transplantation repair, 98 patients were cured among 100 patients, and the successful rate was 98%. 2 patients were fail, and the rate was 2%. 6 cases had local complication, accounting for 6%; flap crisis occurs in 5 cases, accounting for 5%; among flap crisis cases, phlebothrombosis occurs in 3 cases, accounting for 60%;Ploration rescue success occurs in 3 cases, accounting for 60%. The survival rates of radical forearm flap, free anteroateral thigh flap, fibular musculocutaneous flap, latissimus dorsi were 98.75%, 90%, 100% and 100%. After two years followed up, most patients were satisfied with outline and function. Conclusion Free flap tansplantation repair of oral and maxillofacial defect has significant clinical effect, and it can be used as the first choice for patients with oral and maxillofacial defect.关键词
