Abstract
Objective To study the influence of psychological nursing on pain and anxiety in patients who underwent local plastic surgery. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of small incision dualeyelidoperation patients under local anesthesia in our hospital during May 2013 to March 2016 were chosen as research subject, all patients were divided into observation group and control group according to double-blind randomized method, each group had seventy-five cases. Patients in observation group were treated with psychological care plus conventional care and those in control group were treated with routine care only, which started lasted from first day of hospitalization to discharge. 1 day after surgery, pain perception was assessed by using visual analogue scale (VAS), language score (VRS), facial pain score (FPS-R); degree of anxiety was evacuated by the self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), State Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA); serum stress hormone contents were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results One day after surgery, VAS and FPS-R scores were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group, painless proportion, mild pain rates in VRS score were significantly higher in observation group than those in control group, moderate, severe and very severe pain rates were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05); SAS, STAI and HAMA scores were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in serum contents of stress hormones such as cortisol, ACTH, angiotensin and norepinephrine in two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing can relieve local cosmetic pain, relieve anxiety, but has little effect on the physiological stress.关键词
