脐带间充质干细胞治疗烧伤的研究进展
Advances in Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells Therapy for Burns
摘要
Abstract
Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(hUCMSCs) are a type of newborn umbilical cord cells with significant self-renewal ability and multilineage differentiation capacity. Compared to other original MSCs, the advantages of hUCMSCs are short amplification time, high proliferation rate, lower immunogenicity, higher safety, fewer bioethics issues, abundance, and convenience. It has been reported that hUCMSCs promote the functional recovery of burn patients. Therefore, hUCMSCs are considered as a significant promise for regenerative medicine. In recent years, previous studies have demonstrated that hUCMSCs might create a favorable environment for the treatment of burns, based on the study of basic biological characteristics and its capacity of differentiation. In this review, we summarize the important studies that have investigated the use of hUCMSCs as a therapeutic agent for burns therapy.关键词
