棉花冠层设计超高产栽培技术研究与应用
Super High-yielding Cultivation Techniques of Cotton Canopy Design

Abstract
The yield of cotton depends on cultivation methods.Cotton canopy designing cultivation methods aims at improving canopy economic productivity through collecting and optimizing traditional technologies based on advantageous thermal resources available in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River at September and October.Cotton canopy designing cultivation methods consist of 4 techniques,i.e,putting off topping time,putting off ending time of spraying pesticides,adding the amount of fertilizer applied after topping and adding the amount of chemical control applied after topping.Results of experiment in the plot and demonstration in the mass area showed that canopy designing cultivation could increase cotton canopy boll numbers and single boll weight significantly,and the lint yield also increased by more than 20％ on average.Application and extension of cotton canopy designing cultivation methods would promote higher yield and efficient cultivation of cotton production by making full use of advantageous thermal resources available in Autumn and superior boll bearing part of cotton canopy in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.关键词
