宁夏回族自治区奶牛感染贝氏柯克斯体的血清流行病学调查
Seroprevalence of Coxiella burnetii infection in dairy cattle in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,Northwest China
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this present study was to examine the seroprevalence of Coxiella burnetii infection in randomly selected dairy cattle in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (NXHAR),Northwest China.The overall C.burnetii seroprevalence was 11.37％ (103/906) by ELISA.The seroprevalence of C.burnetii was 12.28％ and 10.44％ in dairy cattle,in Wuzhong and Qingtongxia respectively.The seropositive rate ranged from 9.86 ％ to 13.21％ in different age groups.Dairy cattle with no pregnancy had the highest seroprevalence (11.99 ％).Geographical location,age and number of pregnancies had no apparent association with C.burnetii seropositivity (P＞0.05).This survey indicates that C.burnetii infection is highly prevalent in dairy cattle in NXHAR,which may pose a potential threat to human health.关键词
