摘要

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of interferon-stimulated gene 15 (ISG15) on the replication of SFTSV.Methods To construct a plasmid with over-expression of ISG15,ISG15 gene was amplified from Hela cell using reverse transcription (RT)-PCR and then cloned in the plasmid.The effect of ISG15 expression on SFTSV replication was evaluated by transfecting over-expressed ISG15 plasmid on Hela cells.The effect of ISG15 over-expression on SFTSV replication was evaluated after infection with SFTSV using quantitative RT-PCR.Results ISG15 was expressed successfully in Hela cells.Hela cell supported the replication of SFTSV.The over-expression of ISG15 might inhibit the replication of SFTSV.Conclusion The over-expressed ISG15 can inhibit the replication of SFTSV.However,its mechanism needs to be further explored.
