四川省临床医生用血知识调查及分析
A survey and study on transfusion medicine knowledge of clinicians in Sichuan

Abstract
Objective To obtain information on transfusion knowledge and identify deficient areas in clinicians in Sichuan province in order to design educational plan for improvement.Methods The questionnaire was authorized by Medical Ethics Committee of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital.This survey was performed by means of the questionnaire which was composed of 20 questions assessing transfusion medicine knowledge including regulations and standards,laboratory testing technique of blood compatibility,transfusion reaction and selection and use of blood components.The questionnaires were administered to clinicians from grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ hospitals of different geographic locations in Sichuan.The data were analyzed by EpiData 3.1 software.Results 786 clinicians from 31 hospitals finished all questions.The overall mean score for the 20 questions of all respondents was 12.02±2.77 with accurate rate of 60.1％.Respondents performed better on transfusion related regulations and standards (74.50％) than other three parts,including laboratory technology (56.20％),transfusion reaction (52.20％),and selection and use of blood components (53.10％) (P＜0.05).The subject on verification of crossmatch results and labeling of blood bag achieved the highest score (93.4％).The subject on choosing what kind of media to do crossmatch for patients with history of transfusion and pregnancy achieved the lowest score (15.8％).Clinicians with 15-year or longer career obtained better score evidently,especially in the last three parts (P＜0.05).Clinicians with bachelor degrees got the better scores (P＜0.05).Clinicians titled with senior did better in selection and use of blood components than intermediate title and primary title (P＜0.05).A significantly stronger performance was noted in anesthesia for rule and selection of blood composition (P＜0.05).Conclusions In Sichuan Province,the doctors have a decent grasp on the knowledge on rational use of blood.In the future,supervision,communication and targeted training should be strengthened.关键词
