Abstract
The disparate genetic alterations of aggressive subtype of endometrial cancer determine its specificities in terms of clinical features,extent of surgery,clinical prognosis and other aspects.Clinicians should raise awareness of this specific subtype of endometrial cancer.Careful initial evaluation,comprehensive surgical staging and adjuvant therapy with platinum-based chemotherapy combined with tumordirected radiotherapy should be performed to improve the prognosis.关键词
