先天性膈疝的子宫外产时处理与预后探讨
Study on the EXIT and prognosis of congenital diaphragmatic hernia

Abstract
Objective To analyze clinical characteristics of pregnant women and infants with congenital diaphragmatic hernia,establish standardized treatment procedure of EXIT,and improve perinatal outcome.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 23 patients with congenital diaphragmatic hernia from January 2008 to December 2016 in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University.Results All of the 23 cases prenatally diagnosed with congenital diaphragmatic hernia received EXIT surgery.Twenty of them received diaphragm repair surgery after birth,2 cases gave up treatment,and 1 case was under expected treatment.After a long-term follow up,19 infants survived,2 cases were lost.Conclusion The patients with mild-moderate congenital diaphragmatic hernia will be able to get a good prognosis through diaphragm repair when the children achieved stable respiratory and circulating function,along with regular follow-up during pregnancy,complete examinations,and multidisciplinary cooperation in the EXIT procedure in the prenatal diagnosis center.关键词
