牛伯氏疏螺旋体感染的间接ELISA检测方法的建立
Development of an indirect ELISA for the detection of Borrelia burgdorferi infecion in cattle

Abstract
An indirect ELISA for diagnozing Borrelia burgdorferi-infected cattle was established by using soluble whole bacterial antigen prepared from Borrelia burgdorferi sensustricto strain B31,and its specificity and sensitivity were evaluated.The ELISA developed in this study could identify a Lyme disease-positive bovine serum that was 800-fold diluted.A total of 200 clinical samples and 300 known samples were evaluated for the ELISA method and immunofluorescence assay(IFA),and the coincidence rate between the two methods was 100% in detecting 200 clinical samples,and 81.8% in detecting 300 known samples,respectively.These results indicated that our ELISA would be useful for diagnosis of bovine infected with Borrelia burgdorferi.关键词
