摘要

Abstract

To observe hoof anatomical characteristic and organization structures of Huanghuai goat,using gross anatomy and histological method,ten adult huanghuai goats were executed after anesthesia.Two goats were observed through anatomy,and the hoof bottom,wall and hoof sphere of the other eight goats were obtained,using 4%paraformaldehyde fixation,dehydration after softening,transparent,soaking,paraffin embedding and making tissue slices,using HE,Weigert-VG and Sacpic methods dyeing,microscopic observation and photography.In result,capsula ungulae of Huanghuai white goat included hoof edge,hoof crown,hoof wall,hoof sole and hoof sphere;the hoof sole and wall consisted of stratum corneum,stratum granulosum,stratum spinosum,stratum papillare and lamina reticularis,but no stratum lucidum in hoof sole.There were rich arteriovenous anastomosis in subcutaneous tissue of hoof sole,and the structure of alternant gomphosis was obvious between the corneum lobular and corium lobular.The capsula ungulae combined firmly with corium ungulae because of alternant gomphosis structure.There were rich fat tissues and elastic fibers in the hoof sphere,and this characteristic was the structure foundation of dispersing hoof external force.The above-mentioned results laid the morphological informations for further studies on tissue structres of hoof of Huanghuaiwhite goat.
