木薯及其加工副产品的饲用价值
Nutritional Value of Cassava and Its By-product in Animal Production
摘要
Abstract
It is valuable for alleviating the scarcity of conventional feed and decreasing the price of feed production to develop and fully utilize the unconventional feed resources.Cassava is one of the widespread root crops in southern China.The root,leaf and starch processing by-products of cassava are all potentially good feed resources.This paper reviewed chemical compositions and biological availability of cassava products as well as their nutritional value for animals to provide a reference for development of feed processing and animal production industry.关键词
