Research progress on inflammation of Alzheimer′sdisease and intervention of traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Inflammation plays an important role in the Alzheimer′s disease,with a large number of activated microglia gathered around the core of amyloid beta(Aβ)plaque.The interaction of Aβ with Aβ receptors of microglia can directly stimulate the microglia to produce neurotoxic molecules,such as NO,ROS,pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β,which induces chronic inflammation in the brain.The mechanism of chronic inflammation resulted from microglia Aβ receptors in the brain is overviewed,and traditional Chinese medicine ingredients which target these Aβ receptors to defend inflammation in the central nervous system is summarized.关键词
