气相色谱法测定复方薰衣草油膏中薄荷脑的含量
Content of Menthol in Compound Lavender Oil Ointment by Gas Chromatography

Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for content determination of menthol in compound lavender oil ointment by gas chromatography(GC).METHODS: GC method was adopted,capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm)was used with modified polyethylene glycol as stationary phase.The column temperature was at 230 ℃ with the split ratio of 5∶1.The temperature was set at 250 ℃ for injection port and for the detector.RESULTS: The liner range of menthol was 0.022 67 mg/ml-0.680 10 mg/ml(r=0.999 5)with the average recovery of 98.36％,and the RSD value for instrument precision and intermediate precision were 0.64％,1.43％respectively.CONCLUSIONS: This method is simple,feasible,accurate,reproducible,which can be used for quality control of menthol in compound lavender oil ointment.关键词
