耳穴贴压联合中药穴位热敷治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察
Observation on Efficacy of Auricular Application Pressure Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Acupuncture Point Hot Comp in Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis of Nerve Root Type

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the clinical efficacy of auricular application pressure combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in acupuncture point hot comp in treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.METHODS: 70 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type admitted into Wuhan Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 35 cases in each.The control group was treated with TCM for activating blood circulation in acupuncture point hot comp,while the observation group additionally received auricular application pressure.The clinical symptoms,improvement of signs and clinical efficacy of two groups were observed.RESULTS: After treatment,the clinical symptom score,pain score,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in both groups decreased significantly,and the obserbation group was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 91.43%(32/35),significantly higher than that of control group(71.43%,25/35),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: Auricular application pressure combined with TCM in acupuncture point hot comp can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,relieve pains,improve the sleep quality with accurate efficacy and easy operation.关键词
