摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Compound amino acid capsules combined with vitamin E in treatment of asthenospermia and its effects on sperm.METHODS: 84 patients with asthenospermia admitted into Shenzhen People's Hospital form Apr.2014 to Jan.2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with vitamin E,while the observation group were additionally given Compound amino acid capsule based on the control group.The efficacy of two groups were observed,the differences of the concentration and vitality of sperm were compared.RESULTS: The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.71％(36/42),which was significantly higher than that of the control group [73.81％(31/42)],with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the concentration and vitality of sperm had been improved significantly compared with before treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The clinical effect of the application of Compound amino acid capsules combined with vitamin E in treatment of asthenospermia is significant,which can improve the concentration and vitality of sperm and benefit to long-term prognosis.关键词
