Abstract
Objective:To probe into the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with terbutaline oxygen atomizing inhalation in treatment of children with capillary bronchitis.METHODS: 68 children with capillary bronchitis admitted into Qianjiang Central Hospital from Jul.2015 to Aug.2016 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 34 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group received budesonide combined with terbutaline oxygen atomizing inhalation based on the control group.The clinical efficacy of two groups were observed,differences of wheezing rales,lung rales,asthma,symptoms disappearance time of cough,PaO2 and PaCO2 levels of two groups were compared before and after treatment.RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the PaO2 and PaCO2 levels of observation group were significantly better than those of control group,and the symptoms disappearance time of wheezing rales,lung rales,cough and asthma in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse drug reactions in both groups.CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of budesonide combined with terbutaline oxygen atomizing inhalation in treatment of children with capillary bronchitis is significant,which can effectively improve the anhelation and cough in children,and make the children restore health as soon as possible.关键词
