摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the clinical efficacy of midazolam combined with fentanyl in treatment of mechanical ventilation patients in intensive care unit(ICU).METHODS: 156 patients with mechanical ventilation admitted into Yidu the First People's Hospital from Jan.2011 to Jan.2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 78 cases in each.During mechanical ventilation,the control group was treated with midazolam alone,while the observation group received midazolam combined with fentanyl.Changes of hemodynamic indexes,sedative effects,time of mechanical ventilation,standing time of ICU and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared at different time points after administration.RESULTS: After administration of 6 h,12 h and 24 h and extubation,the hemodynamic indexes of two groups increased significantly compared with before treatment,关键词
