Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of puerarin injection in treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo.METHODS: 86 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo admitted into the department of neurosurgery of Nanyang the Ninth People's Hospital were extracted and divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Flunarizine hydrochloride capsule orally,while,on the basis of the control group,the patients in the observation group were given intravenous drip of Puerarin Injection,both were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy and changes of blood flow velocities of LVA,RVA,BA of two groups were observed and compared.RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group(93.02％,40/43)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.07％,34/43),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in blood flow velocity of LVA,RVA and BA between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocities of LVA,RVA and BA of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Two groups had no obvious adverse reactions.CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of puerarin injection in treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo was significant,which can effectively improve patient`s brain blood circulation.关键词
