Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injections in Zhengzhou Orthopaedics Hospital(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"),so as to provide reference for the rational drug application in clinic.METHODS: Statistical analysis was conducted on the application data of TCM injections during 2013-2016 in terms of categories,consumption sum,defined daily dose system(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDS)and ranking of consumption sum of drugs(B)/ranking of DDDs(A),etc.RESULTS: The consumption sum of TCM injections during 2013-2016 in our hospital were in an decreasing tendency,respectively 9.855 9,12.186 2,16.560 3 and 16.251 1 million yuan.Categories of stasis-eliminating drugs took the lead,as well as its consumption sum and DDDs.The B/A of most of TCM injections was close to 1,yet xuesaitong injections,honghua injections and breviscapinun were >1.CONCLUSIONS: The consumption sum and amount of TCM injections in our hospital is steadily in an increasing tendency,the categories show few changes,and the structure of drug usage is basically rational.The clinic should attach importance to the adverse drug reactions to ensure the rational drug application.关键词
