摘要
Abstract
Slow-wave structure of high power V-band TWTs is designed.Dispersion characteristics and coupling impedance are simulated by 3D microwave simulation software.Beam-wave interaction characteristic is simulated by 3D large signal interaction software.As the results shown,the designed TWT can produce 200 W output power in 52~62 GHz with a gain over 43 dB and electron efficiency over 19%.关键词
