摘要
Abstract
Three-stub tuner is an impedance tuner,which is commonly used to realize impedance matching in high power microwave systems.The insertion depth,the spacing and the radius of the pins of three-stub tuners are adjustable according to requirements.This paper introduces a new analysis method of three-stub tuners,in which each pin is regarded as an independent two-port network,and the tuner is a three cascaded two-port network.Utilizing the cascading rule,a convenient automatic control method for three-stub tuner is realized.关键词
